Sabai is an affordable, sustainable, and high-quality furniture brand. Their mission is to deliver furniture that is great for both the environment and for their customers. When Sabai engaged Darkroom, they were already seeing very successful campaigns with very strong ROAS. However, despite seeing relative profitability across paid channels, they were struggling to scale the account further and grow revenue without seriously hurting their margins.
We revamped Sabai’s acquisition program, restructuring their accounts, launching new campaigns, developing landing pages, sourcing new creative, and building a new promotional strategy to further capitalize on their solid growth foundation.
